Skilled Visas

Australia’s skilled migration program includes pathways such as the Skilled Independent visa (subclass 189), Skilled Nominated visa (subclass 190) and Skilled Work Regional visa (subclass 491). These visas use a points-based system and generally require an Expression of Interest through SkillSelect before an invitation can be issued. Occupation eligibility, skills assessments, English ability, points and nomination requirements may also apply.
